Administrative Interface

The administrative communication surface a Platform Component exposes to Admin, architecturally distinct from that component's Member-plane interface.

Owns:
- the component's own administrative capability baseline: identity, version, status, health, configuration inspection and change, maintenance state, diagnostics, and restart or drain where applicable
- component-specific administrative capabilities that extend the baseline

Allowed:
- administrative interface
- administrative capability
- administrative operation

Forbidden:
- admin API (ambiguous with the API component; use administrative interface)
- backdoor / bypass interface

Notes:
- Every Platform Component — API, World, Conductor, Models, a Service, and Runtime — exposes its own administrative interface. See canonical/administrative-interface.md for the shared status/capability structure Admin exchanges with each component's administrative interface.
- An administrative interface is not a Service Contract; its operations are not Calls and do not appear in a Dataset.
- Components do not write directly to Admin storage, and Admin does not bypass a component's administrative interface to manipulate that component's state.
